Exchange and return policy

At Dukani Mall, our goal is to provide our valued customers with the utmost convenience by minimizing time and effort, offering the best prices, and ensuring easy access to their needs. We also strive to prevent any potential errors or problems during the entire process. Therefore, we have established specific policies for returns and exchanges to protect the rights of our customers and ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for both buyers and sellers.

The customer has the right to request a replacement for purchased products if they do not match the order, or if they are damaged during delivery, or if they are expired, within the day of receipt, with the store covering the shipping costs.

If a customer requests to exchange some of the purchased products after receiving them, and the products are as described in the order, the store has the right to accept or refuse the request, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the reshipment.

We do not allow exchanges for refrigerated products, all types of meat, fruits, vegetables, or any products that have been damaged or partially used by the customer.

If any items in the order are not included, the store will cover the additional shipping costs to complete the order.

The customer has the right to cancel or modify the order before it is shipped, without incurring any additional costs.

The customer should inspect the products and verify that they match their order before payment.
